The short version
This website sets no cookies, has no analytics or tracking, no advertising, no contact form, no embedded third-party content and loads no external fonts or scripts. Everything it shows comes from refos.eu itself.
What is processed anyway
- Server logs. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you open a page, the hosting provider technically processes your IP address and request details (page, time, browser) to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Language choice. Your choice of EN or CZ is stored in your own browser (localStorage, key
refos.web.lang). It never leaves your device, is not a cookie and is not sent to us. You can delete it in your browser settings. - E-mail. If you write to info@refos.eu, we process your e-mail address, name (if you give it) and the content of your message to answer you and to discuss a possible cooperation. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation lasts and for up to three years after the last message, unless a longer period is required, for example by a contract or by law. The mailbox is provided by Český hosting. Incoming messages are also copied to a mailbox of the Czech Association of American Football (ČAAF), the first association using RefOS.
We do not sell your data, use it for profiling or make automated decisions based on it.
The RefOS app is separate
Associations sign in to their own RefOS installation on a subdomain such as caaf.refos.eu. The app is a separate system with its own accounts and data, and the association that runs it is responsible for how it processes its officials' data. This page covers the refos.eu information website only.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@refos.eu and we will answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only, with a strict Content Security Policy, and contains no forms or user accounts. If you find a security problem, please write to the address above; see also security.txt.
Changes
If the website starts to process more data, for example by adding analytics, this page will be updated first and a consent request will be added where the law requires it.
