Availability
Referees mark the dates they can work, grouped by league and city. Nominations follow it – and after a phone call a scheduler can still add someone outside their availability.
Match day
Crew contacts, meeting point, route map and a crew chat with @mentions. Pregame and postgame reports in the same place.
Payslips and costs
Monthly payslips from the games worked, travel distances and your rate card, exported to PDF. Cost overview per match and competition.
Statistics and history
Games officiated per season and overall, milestones, the season's top officials and games worked outside the association.
Mentoring and development

Meet the zebra
Every official has their own zebra. The more dates they say yes to, the more stripes it gets – and it collects a badge for every games milestone: 1, 10, 25, 50, 100 and beyond.
It sounds like a toy, but in practice it is the friendliest reminder to fill in availability. And it shows new officials around the app.

Your association gets its own RefOS
No shared system where you share data with others. Every association runs its own instance, tailored to how it works.

Your own address
The app runs on your association's subdomain – yourassociation.refos.eu – with your logo and colours.

Your officials' data sits in a separate database and is never mixed with another association's. Access is controlled row by row.
