Guided tour

The whole season in one place

RefOS brings together everything officials and their committee deal with during a season – from the signed declaration to the payslip. Scroll down and watch it come together.

Without a shared system

How many documents does one season need?

Every task lives somewhere else: in a spreadsheet, a PDF, an e-mail, a chat or on paper.

RefOS

It all comes together in one system

Data is entered once and then simply reused: in the nomination, in the calendar, on the payslip.

One account · one place · the whole season

Before the season

Profiles and declarations without paper

  • Fill in the profile once. Contacts, positions and home address are then reused in nominations, games and payslips.
  • Sign the declaration online with a finger or a mouse. No printing, scanning or posting.
  • A PDF is generated and archived. The committee sees at once who has signed.

Availability

When can you work? A few taps

  • The whole season in one list, weekend by weekend. Yes or no.
  • A note per day or for the whole season.
  • The scheduler sees everyone at once. No chasing replies across forms and messages.

Nominations

From availability straight to nominations

The scheduler sees who is available, assigns positions and publishes the nomination with one click. Every official gets a notification.

Calendar

Nominations appear in your calendar by themselves

  • One link to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. Set it up once.
  • Changes sync by themselves: a new time, a different venue or a cancelled game.
  • A notification on the phone tells you about a change straight away.

Match day

From pregame to evaluation

  1. Pregame

Topics and tasks for each official, meeting time and place

  2. Travel

Routes, distances and a chat about who drives whom

  3. Game

The game's officials, contacts and a map of the venue

  4. Postgame

A short survey right after the game

  5. Penalty report

Fouls recorded online, the report ready for everyone

  6. Evaluation

Feedback and evaluation of the game's officials

🦓 After the game, the zebra reminds you what is still missing

Money

Payslips and invoices without spreadsheets

The payslip builds itself from the games worked, the kilometres and your rate card. Invoices are checked against it automatically.

Amounts from the demo version.

Mentors and training

Plan the training, the work report writes itself

Mentors plan training sessions, camps and video reviews in one calendar. Once an event has taken place, it becomes an entry in the work report – the committee checks it and the invoice is attached.

Bulletin

Everyone knows the same thing at the same time

Official committee announcements in one place: categories, search and a discussion where the committee's answer is visible to everyone.
